We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. If you need to cancel your bike rental order within 24 hours of placing it, you may do so at no cost.

For cancellations made after the initial 24-hour period, a restocking fee will be applied. This fee helps cover the administrative and operational expenses associated with processing and restocking your order.

In addition to cancellations, if you need to reschedule or cancel a bike test ride or design consultation for customizing a bike purchase, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of $25 for missing a scheduled test ride and $35 for missing a design consultation.
