Test Ride Policy

All test rides come with a complimentary helmet and bike lock. Additional accessories are available for a small fee: lights, flat fix kit, baby seats, cargo racks, phone mounts, and more. Bring your clip-in style pedals; we’ll install them for free. Lost key fee for rental lock: $25. Damage charges apply for lost or damaged accessories.

RULES FOR GOOD BIKE USE:

Return bikes in the same condition to avoid fees. No modifications requiring tools are allowed; ask our staff for adjustments. Properly park bikes to prevent damage. Damage fee for self-installed pedals.

SAFETY:

A helmet is required for test rides; safety is our priority. Ride only when in proper health and sober. Familiarize yourself with local bike laws; visit Bike Law for info. Under 18 riders must be supervised by an adult.

TEST RIDE RETURN POLICY:

Return bikes on time; late returns may affect future test ride opportunities. Contact us for any changes or extensions to your test ride.
