By renting any electric bike from Beltline Biking LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that riding an electric bike involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the operation and use of the rented electric bike.

2. Release of Liability: You hereby release and discharge Beltline Biking LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while using the rented electric bike, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beltline Biking LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the rented electric bike.

4. Maintenance and Inspection: You agree to inspect the rented electric bike before use and ensure that it is in safe and proper working condition. You further agree to use the electric bike in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Responsibility for Loss or Damage: You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the rented electric bike during the rental period, and you agree to reimburse Beltline Biking LLC for any repair or replacement costs incurred.

6. Age and Ability: You represent that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement and possess the necessary skills and abilities to safely operate an electric bike. If you are renting the electric bike on behalf of a minor, you accept full responsibility for their use of the bike.

By signing below or by renting the electric bike through our website or rental platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these waiver terms. You further acknowledge that this waiver constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Beltline Biking LLC.
